Terms of Service
These terms apply to Questline, a Kovos Labs product for Shopify merchants.
Merchant responsibilities
- You are responsible for your Shopify store, products, campaigns, reward terms, consent language, and customer communications.
- You must not use Questline for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or platform-prohibited campaigns.
- You are responsible for ensuring rewards, discounts, and lead-capture settings match your store policies.
Storefront safety
Questline is designed to avoid obstructing commerce controls. If a campaign affects a buy button, variant selector, cart drawer, checkout path, or store performance, pause the campaign and contact support.
Plans and billing
Plans may include campaign, session, reporting, branding, or support limits. Paid billing is handled through supported platform billing flows where applicable. Trial expiry or unpaid status may pause storefront eligibility without deleting campaign history.
Reports and attribution
Questline reports campaign activity and attribution confidence. Influenced revenue and low-sample findings are informational and should not be treated as guaranteed causal lift.
